Team-BHP - maruti zen starting problem

guys my zen 2001 model di clocked 1,60,000km:) ..has a wierd starting problem which stared again..before i got the problem i got the heating plugs changed and everything got fine.

Now again that problem started :confused: i took it to my mech ..he checked the heat plugs,starting moter,battery..everything is fine..he says that some FIA or some thing should be overhauled . Did any one got through this problem he says that diesel zens get this problem often ..

VIJAY, i think its high time that you get your zen overhauled.

i think i said the same when it was 1,40,000 km on the odo.

yaa kk even i want it to be done :Frustrati but my dad dosnt want to spend much money on it....he is planning to buy swift so zen will not be used much

so kkr2k2 here i am ...:Cheering: i am finally gettin my zen engine overhauled ...only the head of the engine is gettin over hauled ,that means only half engine overhaule .

My mech opened the engine and found that some oil was leaking it seems because of that my zen was having starting trouble in morning times...so he said its better if i get my engine overhauled (only the head of the engine) he quoted me 15k to 20k the work also started will be getting my car this wednesday.

guys can i use synthetic oil in diesel zen and what are the advantages of it..????
