Since when do newbies feeel "scared" to post stuff on Team-BHP?

Do tell us, because it is not anyone's intention to make a newbie feel so. This is YOUR forum. Enter without fear. Post without fear. Question without fear.

If you cannot do so, the spirit is lost.

You are right sam, and we at T-BHP knows that but still sometimes people may be hesitant to ask questions, feeling that new kid in a new unknown place.
BTW, it was not like that that I was scared to ask before, just that the topic came up so I thought I would ask (cause I have not seen any music system behave like that) But thanks a lot for the explanation.
Regards
Kaushik

SQ - Sound Quality
SPL - Sound Pressure Level

SQL = SQ meets SPL (Some people deny this is possibly)

A question on car care - If I get my car polished with wax, should I stop the daily car wash (with water) for a couple of days, and clean the car with a dry cloth instead?
