Is it S60 inscription?

I checked with OEM and they recommend R18 245/40. Checked with tyre dealers and they are anxious that R18 245/45 might run into fenders especially when car is loaded.

Re: Downgrading Volvo S60 tyres to R17 with only one year of ownership left?

Guys, thanks a lot for your replies.

I have ordered two new CEAT sports drive R18/245/40 simply because the tyre manufacturer is giving an unconditional warranty of 2 years, even on pinches. I have a reliable tyre dealer who has assured to get the way through to claim warranty if something happens to the tyres.

Let's see how it goes. At one point it becomes difficult to see beyond the fact that in Delhi NCR one has to lose ownership of the vehicle earlier than rest of the world.

Yes, D5 inscription. From my experience they don’t run into the fenders as much as we feared or I would rather put it as I don’t recollect any such issues over the past 4 years! We travel with quite a lot of luggage most of the time.
