How Much did you pay for your Headers & FFE & which car ?

Then, I guess you should modify your centre muffler. I am not too sure about this, please consult your installer with this suggestion.

What can I do in this case?

That already seems to have a silencer tip attached with the bolt. You can probably modify the tip from a good muffler mechanic. Do some searching on HKS silencer tips, even that might help you in modifying the current setup.

Bike mechanics are great guys to do your exhaust work sometimes when you have to tune up the "bass" if you know what I mean.

That's the optional silencer tip that came with it. Unfortunately, I've lost that somewhere (it did help a good deal in cutting the sound). I think I will hunt for a good silencer modifier now.

I will be driving down from Hyderabad to Bangalore and then to Coimbatore during May'09.
I am planning for CAI, Headers & FFE on my (e)zen during this trip.

Out of the two places, where should I get the job done?? If it is Bangalore, it will be either Raj or Psycho. (Have seen Psycho's work on Kutlee's OHC!

)
Any recommendations for Coimbatore?
