this is question came up with comparing indigo dicor engine feature and fiesta feature

tata indigo engine :
max. power - 70 ps @ 4000 rpm
max. torque - 140 Nm @ 1800 - 3000 rpm

ford fiesta 1.4 li. Duratorq EXI
Max. Power 67 bhp@4000 rpm
Max. torque 160 Nm@2000 rpm

here Max power units are different if we convert both to bhp , what is the different between both
