I think you should ask him if he billed you for cleaning your "supposedly blocked" header. How does a header get blocked anyway in the 1st place ?
I hope you are referring to the "header" in an exhaust system or is it something else which I may not be aware of ?
Also if 2 out of the 4 plugs are not firing correctly the car must feel absolute pain to drive, are u sure the service station didnt rip u off for 2 plugs ? Could have been a loose connection in the ignition system as u were able to drive with it atleast, 2 out of 4 cylinders not firing due to faulty plugs should give a MIL light atleast...

I was charged some 600~700 for the bill. The header as in the exhaust header was blocked. I dont feel ripped for this btw. It isnt a loose connect in the ignition system because that was checked when I gave the car for service. That was working fine.

About the Check Engine light not coming on also puzzles me.

I'm sorry for not asking the service advisor what was the reason for the blockage of the header. Ill try to ask him next time I go there, if I remember that is.

It was like running on 2.5-3 cylinders. one was dead, and one was not functioning properly as quoted by the service advisor.

Till now no issues! Happy with the car again in this case.
