the pictures do not show anything. Maybe it is in your mind or in your alloys. Get the car checked with original rims/tyres.

Can the car hold a straight line without the back misbehaving? If not and from what you've described it seem like an accident vehicle with a bent chassis

Is the right tyre out or, the replacement panel slightly inside? Can you measure the tyre offset the center of the unibody?
