Engine Rejuvenation?

What is Engine Rejuvenation?
They charged me for my Elantra-Petrol for doing this after i covered 30K on ODO.

what all the operations they do in Engine Rejuvenation?

I think thats just a cleverly coined marketing term for any (or a combination of) the following:

1. Engine decarbonisation
2. Oil & filter change
3. Other filters changed
4. Spark plug replacement and adjustment of throttle body etc.

There was a charges mentioned for OIL filter and also seperate costing for Engine Rejunuvation. so this oil/oil filter is not part of engine rejunuvation

All-in-all, they conned you. Why do you need to decarbonise etc. at 30K, if it is a petrol?

yea actually - you should have just looked them straight in the eye and asked them "what did you do?"

most probably they would have given a vague reply which would have confirmed that it was a con job.

Engine rejuvenation...!!! Somehow sounds like they gave a Botox treatment to Elantra...
