i always thought a little more torque in the lower revs will always help tata vehicles (turbo or non turbo, doesnt matter)
Indica diesel naturally aspirated is quite a task on a uphill section with AC on.

@dirtydan,

Got the correct figures now for India.

For Summer Grade diesel(Diesel/ Supplementary fuel ratio)

Upto 0 Deg C : No mixing is required
0 to -10 : 70/30
-10 to -15 : 50/50

For Winter Grade Diesel(Diesel/ Supplementary fuel ratio)

Upto -15 Deg C : No mixing required
-15 to -20 : 70/30
-20 and below : 50/50

Supplementary fuel mixing as per above ratios can be of kerosene or aviation turbine fuel
