Porting and Polishing!!!

I liked the concept of porting and polishing. I'd rather say I just understood the whole point of it. Now the question is, where in Hyderabad can I get it done?
Seeking help on this. I would like to know if there are any tuners in Hyderbad who does this job!

BUMP :

Can sumone please recommend a good, knowledgeable guy from whom to get porting, plishing and valve work done in Mumbai ? Want to get this done in my ANHC thats 6 years old now just to breathe some new life into it.

Is porting and polishing possible on ALL petrol engines, including 1.2 hatchback engines as well ?
