Palio Stile 1.6 Sports Engine Noise

I am hearing some noise from the engine bay. I could hear this noise when the A.C compressor is just on. The sound (Kind of vibrating noise) stays for <1min and then disappears.

I once drove my vehicle in a water logged area in chennai during last year monsoon. After that i get this strange sound.

I have run 6000 Kms. Done 3 free services at the regular intervals. During servicing (2nd and the 3rd) i complained about the same. They said that it is the timming belt problem and did some adjustments, but all in vain.

Has any of the Palio 1.6 users faced with such problems. If yes what was the problem and what would be right approach in arresting this problem. My 3rd free sevice got over within the last 30 days. I had done engine flushing and replaced with full sythetic 0W-40 engine oil. Put K&N stock filter and NGK Iridium IX sparks.
