There is that important bit about arguing with the service guys and instilling a sense of urgency to get your work done? Wonder where they wrote that down?
Anyway, I guess that is pretty much standard with many dealerships!

whoa, Didnt know there was an 18+ 30 month extended warranty besides the 18+18. Needs to get that soon! Thanks for the link!

The most important thing about maintaing a TATA is to First don't treat it like a TATA. Ensure you spend time at each service understanding more. A lot can be said about the driver through his driving style. If you drive like a Taxi, you will have a Taxi.
