hey guys...
my clutch on my 2.2 safari seems to have given up the ghost. at the moment it is sticking and stays depressed after engaging a gear (you need to pull it back with your foot to operate it further)
also, in the morning it takes a mountain (and more) of effort at engaging the car in 1st gear, the first time that you run her. it becomes progressively better through the day.
question - is it just a clutch master cylinder fluid loss / correction OR
has my dumbkoff driver fried the ENTIRE clutch necessitating a 14000 INR clutch overhaul / change?
it might be pertinent to add that she is just shy of having run 45000 kms, and is about to proceed for her 3rd service.
cheers in advance for the answers that are bound to come flooding in! |
