Decoding Chassis number info!

Would like to get to know the manufacturing month of my new car a Swift Dzire VDi, can anyone help me how to decode the number.

I have searched for similar threads but could only find one for the TATA's and the Scorpio.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Also is a VIN tracker for Maruti like the one available for the Skoda's?
