If the painting is so extensive, you may as well get the whole car repainted. Chances of colour mismatch are higher when there are many panels to be re-done.
In such a case I would go to the MASS only because they have all the parts easily available for replacement (in Goa that can be difficult to source). In Chennai you may not have that problem.
If you do go outside, make sure the bodyshop has an enclosed paint booth, and the car will be done using DuPont or similar paints.

I would expect the car to be finished to the exact same colour and finish as when new, and if there is any doubt about that, I would have to go to Maruthi. This is the sort of thing that could seriously affect its resale value, in fact anyone spotting an obvious respray might think the car had suffered much-worse damage than it actually has.

Spotted Electra on my way home tonight. Will take my Financial Director/Chief Buyer/Head Negotiator/....wife round there early next week.
