Hi guys,
I had taken the car to the service station last weekend and spoke to the guy. He started off saying that this is normal and its just that the load on the shaft is more when I floor it soon after I shift the gear. As I was not convinced with that, took a spin in the test drive vehicles and did not find any such noise there. When I told this to him, he said he would try greasing the shaft. Now it seems like gone silent completely though am not sure if it would recur again. In any case have it made it clear to them that if I get the noise again they would have take it more serioulsy than just trying to give me a quick fix, as I am covered under extended warranty too.
