Cut out an exact layer of 3M double side tape to put the 'L' back. This will fix it.

You might want to clean the residue on the car with some Diesel first.

3M tape is a good idea. do not try any other double sided tape, it'll give way in a day.
Otherwise try araldite. Always works.
make sure the "L" is at the same level (depth-wise) as the other alphabets.

3M tape is the best high quality tape. They are the one used in door-visor's too, so its strong enough the hold the L behind your car.

Use the blade and cut the tape in the right manner and stick it the the L.

Before you stick the tape to L and L to the car metal, clean both of them very well with car wash and remove every stain or dirt and the job is done perfectly. cheers:

snaronikar is our inhouse 3M guy, ask him, as 3M is also the OEM for some of these monograms and uses special bonding material.

Double sided tape will not last very long and araldite can spoil your paint if someone tries to pick again.
