@ thread starter
Is your car 5 speed??
please PM me the details of your tuner. I need to ask some finer points. So next time I avoid blowing things up and save money.

These overzealous car blogs (which is now in tons) are crazy.

No car service station does the turbo installation, nor will they in the future. Its the tuners or specialized divisons jpb.
BMW has M, Merc has AMG, Fiat have Abarth, Will suzuki have similar, that too in India, hell no!!

ny ideas u guys??
OMG This is serious stuff ! Could we please have some build & engine-bay pics ?

Are you seeing 150 degrees C after the oil-cooler install ?
By how much has the oil cooler reduced temps, if at all ?
Are your oil pressure values within range ?

You could try running a bigger sump with more oil, or you could try fabricating cooling fins on your existing sump - but I don't think these would help much. You might want to see if you could upgrade your oil pump too (but I think this could be a tad difficult with some machining of the block involved). You might also want to site your oil-cooler better &, for now, run with lower boost.

P.S. - Could we also have some details regarding the Esteem brake upgrade on your M800 ? Did you change the disks & calipers to those of the Esteem ? Any modifications that you had to do to the knuckle to accommodate the bigger calipers ?
