As the title reads my 1.6 has lost its central locking abilities. Got it checked at Green Tracks, Bangalore and the verdict is relay busted. Reason given was "you can't guarantee electrical components".

The technician explored various causes and zeroed in on the busted relay. He cross checked his hunch with a relay from another Palio and the locking was back !. So convinced all motors, actuators and wiring are OK we went into the stores to see if its available. Well no prizes for guessing rigth, no stock

So then started frantic calls to various dealers across B'lore. Not a single dealership had the stock. Finally placed the order with Fiat and am guessing at least a months' wait.

someone help me source this component asap. I have travel plans to Mumbai come next week. I guess I will be driving! Seems like I have to drop my plans. Anyone knows an insider at Fiat? My babe is still very much under warranty. Please help!
