Get your wheels balanced.
OT: Btw, I remember reading your post about boring a 1.5 to a 1.8 without a problem.

its been nearly 3 years so have to change tyres, so will balance it then only, im planing to get alloys and upsize too, i feel that getting a balancing will solve the problem, the thing is that how can the tyre balancing be out with a nearly 2 year old car?

I used to have the same problem with my stock MRFs on the Uno. Around 80 to 100kmh they the car would start wobbling. Found out that the rear tyres were not perfectly circular due to the rubber getting hard at certain places. At low speeds the rpm of the tire is not that high to make out the difference, but at higher speeds, the wobble was very noticeable.
So get the wheel balancing and all done and also have a very close look at the tyres in terms of uneven tread. Changing the tyres solved the problem for me

it will for me also, the tyres have become hard at some places, also the rubber on the edges is blunt kind, this because of high speed turning, i really take the wagon it its limits, and sometimes even beyond.

Sorry for late reply.

If it is wobbling, there could be two or three reasons.

Wheel balancing
Wheel alignment
Swing Arm bend

Please get it checked

hey kumar
after all these checks and your problem still persists, check your wheel bearings too. i happened to have this problem is on of our mercs.
its rare for such a problem to occour in a just 2 year old car, but you never know, faulty parts are always possible.
