wierd problem with AC

I have lancer 99 model diesel, When starting from home , i switched ON AC, the cooling was ok, then i parked under tree after driving 15 kms and after one hour took the car again with AC on, but there was no cooling. What is the problem?

The car was parked under shade only before switching ON Ac,
the blower and compressor worked, since i could feel the load on engine.

I dont know what went wrong?

If i drive with AC on for around 20 times, it happens for about 2 times ,
