This happens when the battery needs replacement. A new battery will take care of this issue. He can try to swap the battery with a better one at any garage to see if the problem goes away.

Thank you bro. He mentioned that battery was replaced an year ago. But its getting drained of it is parked for 5-7 days. If car is used everyday then he is not facing any issues.
