Default Tubeless tyre Bust

Recently I saw new a Tata Safari Bridgestone tubeless Tyre bursted into shreds. It was really shocking and could not believe by eyes what I was seeing. The front right tyre was completely blow off & shreds of the tyre was seen around.

what can be the reason for such a catastrophic tyre failure? Could be abnormally high tyre pressure or some manufacturing defects.

Attached is a picture (not very clear) taken by my mobile camera.

Did you see it happen or did you just see the car with the burst tyre? If you saw it happen, perhaps you could explain further?
