Elantra CRDi igntion problem

I have an Hyundai Elantra CRDi with a mileage of 60,000Kms
Intermittently the car ceases to start.
Now,in a normal scenario,If the Immobilizer light is on,I can start the car
but sometimes..its not "ON" so i cant start the car..

"Check" light is always on but the guys at service center told me that it has nothing to do with the Starting problem..

After being suggested by someone, I used to Lock/Unlock using remote after 15sec and it worked fine but nowadays even that doesnt work..

You guys have any idea what this problem is about??If yes please suggest a solution

Thanks.
