Experts advice needed - 3M Engine Performance Rejuvenation

I have a 6 year old wagon R which has done 70k kms. I have come across a 3M pamphlet which talks about a car care service from 3M with regard to engine performance rejuvenation. I would like to know if any of you have got it done or if your would recommend this?

If any have got this done, is there a marked difference before and after?
How is this different from the engine flushing or carbon cleaning that *** recommends every 20k kms?

Accidently landed up checking this while looking for 3M underbody treatment.
Seems like an old thread. Does anybody have any idea about this?

Bringing it back up on the list for all to see.
