NHC Technical Repair question..

Hey guys..I have given my NHC CVT for flood related repairs at Ichibaan,Kalina. They are going to replace the ECM..well,I don't know whether the 32 bit chip which is standard in Euro 3 cars is the ECM itself?..if it is,since mine is manufactured after april 2005,it is a euro 3 vehicle,so,should I mention to Honda to fit in a 32 bit chip, since it is euro 3 vehicle?..?..or is it that whatever electronic parts which they will fit in all the flood damaged vehicles will be 32 bit euro 3 ECMs?..pardon me if I am wrong with anything..am not a tech person at all..but just wanted to know will the repairs affect the euro 3 standards of my vehicle..?
cheers,
sr
