@sudharma , its around 1800 -2000 , i suppose , though it is never felt.
@greatmana2000 - if the sound reappears again then will have to go and ask for a change.

The sound again crept up today . The SC guys took the car for diagnostics and told me that the timing belt tensioner has gone loose and need one day to fix and will analyze through DTS (??) . so had to return without car today.

Update

Got the car back yesterday .They changed the pullies and adjusted the timing belt tensioner. And the car was delivered to my office.
Today morning on my way to office , the sound again reappeared . Immediatley went to the SC and shown the car to the service manager and SA. They accepted that the issue persists and i had to leave the car there.The SM told me that they will inform ford and engineers from ford will inspect the car.
They dropped me to my office.

And how is this now? Has the sound disappeared. I had the same thing down for me when the car was around 13000km, if I remember right. And again around 45000kms.

If the car is running normally. And if the sound is not that irritating. Let it as it is. These guys always tend to screw up things if you are not very sure about what the actual issue is.

Check for leaks in Plumbing - This can cause a dull resonating noise or whistle.

Car is running normally.Sound can be heard on close observation, normal people will not make it i think.
No leaks in plumbing. Engine working as normal.Temp guage hovers just below the half way mark. No cooling issues with a/c.
There is only only ASC in the city infact all the ASC in south kerala districts are by them.monopoly.
