Whistling noise in AC vents

I have an Elantra and am hearing this whistling noise whenever the blower is turned on.Seems to increase in pitch when the speed of the blower is increased. I tried shutting off the different vents but still the noise seems to exist.
Before taking it to Hyundai I was going to check the AC filter to see if it is clogged.Anybody have a similar issue?

Maybe some small particle is stuck in the vent. It happened to my car once but after increasing the fan speed to max the sound became non existent

Has the air flow decreased or increased? maybe one of the vents are partially stuck.

I'm not really sure if it is a dust particle as I cycled thro all the vents at max blower speed with the other 3 vents closed.
About the air flow - it is not reduced atleast no significantly
