Fiat Linea: Check Engine light comes on

Hi - My Multijet Emotion Pack has been giving me trouble of late. Last month the 'Check Engine' light came on as I was driving back home. A trip to the workshop in Bangalore revaled a faulty injector and they replaced it free of cost (expensive, about 14-15K). Yesterday I saw the warning light and message coming back again and its gone back to the workshop. I have used Fiat diesels before in my Palio and Uno and have never had this issue before. Has any Linea Multijet owner on this forum come across a similar problem. I am a bit uncomfortable with my engine requiring new injectors each time. Would anyone be aware as to what could possibly be causing this. I am a pretty sedate driver with a typical daily urban driving cycle of about 25 kms.

This issue has started cropping up in my MJD recently. I had a scan done and it was supposed to be fixed but it popped up again.
