Hot air from blowers

When I turn on the air blowers in my car, it always blows warm/hot air depending on how long I have driven. I feel the engine heat is heating in the blowers. I am sure this increases the load on the AC. what should I get checked to rectify the problem.

I'm not sure if I understood the problem right. Are you saying when you turn ON the A/C you get hot air instead of cold air? If that's the case, you need to check the HVAC setting to coldest instead of hottest or ensure that the A/C is switched ON (not the fan/blower). If you're sure to have done both, pls elaborate more on the problem you're experiencing.

By the way you've posted this in Accessory/Part Reviews section instead of Technical Stuff.

Have you set the temperature dial to coldest, and still getting hot air when you turn on fan? Then it is definitely a problem.

The heater makes use of the coolant temperature to heat up the air when you use the heater in most cars.

the air from the blowers is always hot or warm even in the evenings without the AC on. I feel it adds to the AC load. The chilling with the AC unit is adequet

Obviously without the A/C switched ON it will be warm at anytime, bet it even early in the morning & its just the fan/glower working & its doesn't add any load. If the cooling is adequate with the A/C unit turned ON, then is perfectly normal.

As mentioned by others, can you confirm that the Temp is set to the coldest setting possible. I have a feeling that it is in the middle position and so is mixing hot air with the AC. When the ac is on, the cooling may be adequate, but with it off, you will only get warm/hot air from the blowers.

Am sure in a warm and humid climate the fans would only blow in warm air.

You say the AC's cooling is adequate. What makes you say it adds to the AC load ?

The same thing happens in my new Figo.
Without the AC on and just the blower running I get hot air too.

I assume this is on a new beat?
