Solar-Powered Vehicle

my friend's friends are making a solar-powered car(probably a go-kart sized) for their college(M.J) project and wanted this specific motor:
power-2HP
voltage-36V
speed-1500RPM
VARIABLE SPEED REVERSIBLE DC SERIES.
they've been searching all over HYD but couldn't find one.so now they are planning to source it from elsewhere.
i thought fellow BHP-ians could help, so please reply ASAP!!!

PS - I could swear i saw a similar request on the forum in the last month or two. Someone saying they were willing to get a specific DC motor from anywhere in India, as well as go over budget for it. Anyone have a link?
