In older cars the hydraulic cylinders become rusted and the metallic piston which activates the rubber cups gets jammed after being idle for a couple of months. Ordinary grease cannot be used as it reacts with brake fluid. A specially formulated grease is supplied by Girling - TVS. It is not manufactured now but old stocks are available. It took me some time to identify this item. I have some pictures of the tube I found in Mumbai.
I thought this information may be useful to amateur restorers like me.
