Modified OHC - Need Advice

Guys, my friend has a 2002 Honda City 1.5 EXI S. Doesnt look like an OHC anymore. Complete body work done. Will post the pictures over the weekend. He's got 17 inch alloys with Nittos 205 40r. Street racing tyres. Due to the body modification the car warranted "spacers" so hes pulled out the wheel by about half an inch for now and may need to pull it out a wee bit more to look nice. Is it safe to push the car over the limit with spacers on? Mild steel plates used and the stud bolts were custom made as well. Mild steel used there too. He's got a cold air intake system put in as well. All made by himself. He wants to test its performance. Is there a safe place in Bangalore where it can be pushed over the limit?. Also whos a good tuner in Bangalore who can help in suspension stiffening and shocks overhaul.

Give some more details man
as for spacers, i fail to see how they are related to redlining. Unless you meant rev limiter has been removed.
I this your car or are you planning to buy it?

hey thanx for responding....

Meant if I clock 140-150 will the spacers and bolts take.
My friends car, we'r planning to do this together...

So these are wheel spacers and not suspension spacers. If you aren't taking tight corners flat out IMO the stock suspension should be good enough. Please wait till the Honda experts comment coz stiffer suspensions are always preferred when it comes to handling.
