Unpredictable Braking - Maruti Alto

There will be a little variation in the brake-pedal feel, whenever the A/C switches on and off...I think this is normal in an Alto. Is this what you are referring to?

well not that i know of or may be i never noticed. Can you give more details if possible? By the way the problem was diagnosed to a loose caliper pin and now seems to be solved.
