Update on suspension process

Hi guys,

Got busy but still managed to do some work on the cart, installed bike suspension on the back and put up brakes on both the tyres ( Disc brake plan didn't work out because disc brake is very expensive . )

There's a problem with the clutch of kinetic but other than that nothings wrong and "all iz well"

Things to do next :
Secure the seat in its position, use more rubber and reduce vibrations, get a plan to install the front suspension

Ps: not able to post pictures as the pics are 1.3 mb , 300kb more than allowed limit which i didn't know off, will resize and post later

@karthik123, Wow it has been executed so well. The weld job looks very professional! How about reducing the length, attaching a mower in the front and marketing as a ride-on land mower ?

Congrats on the commendable feat. Do think of a different name though.
The nomenclature reminds me of a conversation from the movie 'Iron Man'.

finished with all the stuff , here's the final result

got a tractor like screw suspension in the front, only problems left now is the chain keeps falling off as it doesn't sit on the sprocket properly, will replace it soon. Got a new paint job too

superb effort there Karthik!!it looks simple and effective.

chain falling off could it be because of the suspension mount between the engine and chassis (in the above pic?)

get a spring tensioner (the ones seen on geared cycles) that might work.

i have one word for the execution 'neat'

EDIT: i realise it now after staring at the pic it doesn't affect it. sorry. still tensioner might work
