Manikjeet- from what you have described i think the problem is with dust contamination during the painting process, along with some solvent issues also.

All in all these are serious enough defects & points at poor quality control both at paint shop in VW as well as before dispatch.

I have noticed that the lower end models of Polo have a much lower paint quality than the top end models.

Car detailing is not going to take care of such issues, only solution is a respray. Whether or not you are acceptable to get it repainted at the dealer is your call, but please note, even the dealer will not be able to get the finish 100%. There will be a few defects still as maintaining a dust free atmosphere in the paint booth is very difficult for dealers.

If i was you, i would raise hell & make life miserable for VW !

the dealer showed me the same flaws on the passat also and all the silver polo had this problem and VW had asked for better quality pics and the dealer is saying thats its present on all cars so he cann't help and its a waste of time
