What does it cover? Because I think I have a clutch problem (it kind of shudders/jerks when released) and the service guy was saying that the complete clutch kit has to be replaced and does not figure under extended warranty. My car has done 27k in the 28 months since I owned. He says the master/slave cylinder might come under extended warranty but not clutch.
I heard the clutch lasts at least 40k-50k kms, and I have also not abused the clutch. I told him to just replace the master cylinder for the moment and check.

Is there a booklet or anything given for the extended warranty because I don't seem to have any except that regular service booklet.

People have got their car's clutch replace under warranty, but I guess it's most probably they must have been some manufacturing errors. I doubt it is covered under warranty. I doubt it will covered under extended warranty.

clutch is not covered in warranty whatsoever.

Theoretically yes, but recently my cousin got his TVS RTR 160's clutch overhauled in warranty. At 27k I doubt it, but sometimes, you may get lucky.
