How often should the transmission oil be changed?

Guys, everyone is talking about kms only. Remember, oil can also go bad with time. The max that I would use the same transmission oil is 2 years.

My swift manual recommends 75w90 but it is not available in the market. Even though mine is run only 6700 km, it us close to completing 4 years so I need to change it. I am at the service station so any recommendation would be helpful.
