Re: My Skoda Vrs. The silver beast comes home!

Congratulations, Adman and welcome to the club.

RS is an awesome car and I'm sure you are going to love every minute of driving it around. Before you decide on any mods, suggest do drive some of the modded RS in all kinds of traffic conditions. Not that the mods would not be appreciated, it definitely would be, but would help you decide on what mods to go for.

BTW, I have a silver RS too. Have been in love with it for 4 years now and 39K on odo.

Cheers and Drive Safe.

He has now gone for a full suspension service, interior cleaning, tints and alignment. And maybe a BOV too. Plus, a few more surprises might come sooner than expected

Luckily my A4 when i turn it off, the car leaves the fans on for about 5 minutes after to help cooling.

Not after market suspension. Just getting the stock one overhauled. Tein suspension might come in after a few months. Tints are 50% ones.

The engine idling at start/stop is to help the turbo charger lubricate and settle down. Not for the fan to cool the radiator.

Re: My Skoda Vrs. The silver beast comes home!

Hey guys, the car is running fine now. Just needed a little help from you guys. Can anyone suggest a good and honest workshop for Skoda in Mumbai? I need to get some minor suspension work done. Used to go to Four Seasons Automobiles, but lately their service and expertise are going down the drain. So I'm looking for someone reliable in Mumbai. Please let me know if you guys can suggest anything. Thanks in advance.

Congrats, this is a great car. The new Laura RS is due in Sep. Just wish I knew this earlier as I just got my Laura last month.
