Congrats mathranik!

The new Verna is really nice. I didn't know the deliveries were already on.one of my friends picked up an optra couple of weeks back, sadly we never looked at this option.

Congrats mathranik!
What are the other variants in new Verna? Do they offer sun/moon roof as well?

Re: Bringing home the Fluidic Verna CRDi SX(O)

congrats.
The first fluidic Verna looks grand.

You went for this car without a test drive, relying on the tbhp review?
I couldn't notice testdrive in the write up , so a bit curious.

Re: Bringing home the Fluidic Verna CRDi SX(O)

Congrats mate for the very first Hyundai Verna Fluidic on Team-BHP.
I thought Verna waiting period was 2 months but I was amazed how come you got in 5 days of launch, great. Please post more pics of the car's interior.
mathranik one request if you could get a chance to drive the verna on the highway with speeds in excess of 145 Kmph, how does it handle ? There have been lot of saying that Verna handles like a boat at speeds greater than 120 Kmph. I myself drive a VW Vento TDi HL which handles flawlessly at speeds over 150 Kmph.

Well, thanks again. The more I hear from you guys, the better I feel about my purchase.

For now, I have given the car for new speakers, bass tube and amplifiers. The attached picture shows the kit, and I would put up the bass tube picture later.

Re: Bringing home the Fluidic Verna CRDi SX(O)

There it is! Probably the first fluidc Verna on Team-BHP. Congratulations mathranik on your brand new car. Verna looks just too good in white color. I am sure you must be enjoying the car. Please add some more pictures of the car and update it regularly. I don’t think the car requires any modifications/after market fitments as it comes with almost everything. Still any mods planned?

Re: Bringing home the Fluidic Verna CRDi SX(O)

Congratulations! As the first All New Verna on TBHP we need more write up and pictures.

Just kidding!

Oh, also I could not believe this thread. Was away for a few days. Checked TBHP today to see that you have gone for the Verna. And already delivered. Thats fast.

Had a look at the car in flesh last weekend. The first thing that strikes are the super interiors. Hyundai has done a real good job on this one.

Looking forward for more ownership experiences.

Have fun and drive safe.

Re: Bringing home the Fluidic Verna CRDi SX(O)

Congratulations! As a 2008 Verna owner, I'll look forward to your experience with the new Verna Diesel. Do post an initial review once you've gone past the first service/run-in stage. Also do tell us how the car feels on highways.

Re: Bringing home the Fluidic Verna CRDi SX(O)

Congrats Man....its the most stunning design in the market right now. We all thought the City was a fantastic looker ! Well this car is even better.
I do see a lot of City Inspired design cues in it but i feel Hyundai has improved on it and made a Stunner.
Please do post some comments on the handling of the car and also if you can, please put up a video demonstrating the use of the Bluetooth Phone controls and the reverse camera.

Re: Bringing home the Fluidic Verna CRDi SX(O)

1. Congrats! Great buy. Very good looking car & feature packed too! Eagerly waiting for the initial review (include lots of photos).

2. Have you noticed the similarity between the alloys of the Fluidic & the Ritz? Just compare this photo with yours ( In this era of cost cutting, I hope Suzuki & Hyundai are not sourcing the wheels from the same OEM supplier, while fleecing us at the same time ).
