As GTO mentioned, it is really a pity how badly the customer facing staffs have been trained. However good might be the products the manufacturer offer, it only takes few guys like the sales manager you dealt with, to bring bad name to the brand.

Thanks Jammy28. I agree. If not for my FIL , i think i might have gone for a different dealership or different car altogether. Anyway , as you pointed out , at the end it is the car that is more important. Hope these guys learn or get trained to handle customers better.

Thanks joe1980. I think i am getting around 16 (city) and around 20(highways).
