Pretty reasonable I say. How much has your car clocked now? What is the FE you get? Any issues to report thus far?
You've got a nice car. That one doesn't look one bit beyond 50K kilometers. A detailed report as well, on how to buy a pre-worshipped car. Lateral upgrades are looking very appealing ! :) The only thing I am wary of is the cost of services/parts. Every Skoda thread that I have read, mentions the service cost in the range of 9k-10k inclusive of everything. That's a lot even if it's once a year. However, it's nice to read that you haven't had any problems and you are enjoying the car ! Touch wood.
O.T: The wheel balancing pictures that you have posted, I think the car is in neutral but the parking brake is not engadged. Is that required for procedure or was that forgotten?

The car has run 65500Kms. Fuel economy is 16 in town and 19 in the highways.
Issues are bad smell from the AC-Rectified now.
Horn not working properly (sound at times breaks)- Advised to buy a new one
With so much of Skoda bashing around I just thought of giving an update.
The car has run 78000kms and I have been reasonably happy with the service guys. The car broke down once due to a clutch problem recently and the car had to be towed.
Was rectified the next day and the master cylinder of the clutch was replaced. Total cost was 5999/-.
