I am planning to book Ertiga ZDI ZHVS. The dealers in Bangalore are quoting
1 month wait and delivery in end of Jan. Has anyone who has booked Ertiga got the car earlier?

I would also like to know if SHVS has improved mileage by 2 km as claimed by Maruti.

Ertiga ZDI had a mileage of 10-12 in City and 16-17 in Highways.

I drive Diesel Ertiga (2013 model) and I get 12-14 mileage in the city and 20-22 on highways. If you browse through the posts here, you will observe that many members get similar mileage.

However it depends on lot of factors like heavy/light right foot, condition of the car, tyre pressure, overall driving style, use of clutch being some of the reasons.

Friends, I took delivery of Zxi+ this week. Went for the superior white one to complement the decade old yet faithful black baleno..!

Had a day trip yesterday covering over 450kms and am pretty happy with the decision. Got an average of 17.5kmpl during the trip.

Accessories on the wishlist for the new ride are: a rear crashguard, a roof rail/rack, seat covers ( stock one's can easily get soiled when you have kids around).

I booked ZDI+ around 10days ago and delivery time lines given to me are same. They said it could also become Feb if they had to wait for 2016 stock.

Finally took the plunge to book Ertiga ZDI+ (superior white) on 26th Dec'15 at Mandovi, Lavelle Road, Bangalore. Expected lead time for delivery is around 30-45 days. Current price is only indicative at the moment, as there is a impending rise from 1st Jan. keeping fingers crossed on price rise.

Before booking, took a test drive, and SHVS feature of Stop-Start at signals works very smoothly. Hope it will contribute to mileage effectively. Coming from a petrol sedan to Diesel Ertiga, slight feeling of lack of pickup when starting from standstill, hope I will get used to this over time.

Were you able to get a test drive before booking ? I checked with a few MS dealers in my area in Bangalore, and no one has a TD vehicle.

Will do the initial review soon. Am about to go on a long drive now. So will give a wholesome review! I test drove the ciaz automatic which has the same engine and transmission. There is no test drive ertiga automatic in any Maruti showroom in bangalore :(

Got an initial Mileage of about 13.33km/l on my Zdi+,mostly city driving.
