congrats on the new buy!!
i find it very hard to believe that the jazz rattles:Shockked: I had one for over two years, drove it over non-existant terrain (mind you, i am very, very finicky about rattles) and never ever heard a rattle.to the day i had to sell it reluctantly (due to relocation abroad).
by the way, beware of the misleading 360 degree view. it lulls you into overconfidence.
the A-pillar is a huge blindspot which you realise only when you have a real scare (almost ran into a cyclist who crossed me at a 90 degree intersection from the right). just watch out for that part and the rest is swinging!!!
and yes!! the audio set up is a blast!! no distortion upto the max volume. i do not qualify as an audiophile but IMHO you do not have a better unit this side of 10 lakh. to sum it up, with the Jazz priced the way it is, it is a steal. (mind you, i bought mine at the old price). There is no other hatchback that comes close!
Hey Jazzper,
Hope the Jazzy is really sailing smooth. The question I have is w.r.t the servicing cost of Jazz. Can you chip in some details?please:
TIA

yup it is rolling smooth, just some kinky little rascal rattles here and there. And about servicing i may not be the perfect person to talk about, as i have got my car serviced just once that too 2nd free service and cost was not so hefty. Have put up entire service details in page 5 or 6. Please check that. Regards.
Its been too long since i posted here, sorry being bit busy now a days.. Shadowfax is keeping me absolutely road happy all the time! Just over 7000kms and i am enjoying driving it almost everywhere now a days. Not at all worried about all of those Honda's circus, I am enjoying my car!

Wow! They look good. Are these different from the usual projectors? They have a kind of bluish tinge to them.

I suppose it's a blue halo ring around the projector.

@Jazzper, Thanks! The blue parking lights in your car, are they stock?(Post #19) If not, where did you source them from?

No, they are not stock, I bought them from Ebay. Search terms like LED parking lamps or LED lights will return some results and they have wide variety of colors to choose from aswell like green, blue (will look more blue i guess) etc mine is white but a little blueish tinge to it.
Thanks and Regards

Can Jazz owners share how much a regular paid servicing costs at A.S.S.?
Would you suggest getting engine oil changed at service center or a Fuel Station?

The regular charge with oil change and some basic servicing should cost around 1.5k rupees. And as far as oil change is concerned i would stick to A.S.S, because i felt that this is probably the only task that they do with some interest and expertise.

pretty interesting for a ownership report thread. :-)
I am a fellow Jazz owner (Select edition). I bought this beauty from Dakshin Honda, Lavelle Rd. Had a bad impression from the first servicing. Switched to Whitefield Honda from 2nd service onwards. I must say I am happy with Whitefield. Seeing the report on Magnum, I would avoid it at all cost.
Regarding rattle snakes in my car, I do not have it (God forbid). The only thing that can improve in this car is GC & the stiff suspension. Rest of it is a gem. Too bad they decided to stop this model for this year (big plans in 2014, eh??).
I got my share of T-BHP stickers, but have not put them on as yet. I guess I am simply not wanting to put one on, and make the machine look less satisfying to my eyes (Am I being too cranky?). lol
