Some cool, real life images of Amaze. How is your initial ownership experience. The pick up and drop is chargeable or it is free..?

How much did Honda charge you for installing the parking assist?
The parking system is of blackcat.
Non-camera ones(which i have) are of 5.5k. There are 4 sensors.
Camera ones are of 9.5k. There are 2 sensors on side and one camera in middle. I today saw an amaze with camera sensors. The sensors were body colored but camera sensor was of black color.

I live in Delhi and drive mostly within city. For a city driver it's a charm to drive. The FE is around 16kmpl, but i'm sure it will rise to 18-19 after sometime. I have not taken it to a highway drive.
The pick and drop was not chargeable. But i'm not sure it's standard for all showrooms. The representative said first two services are free of cost and third service will cost around 1k (i don't remember exactly).

You are lucky. In Pune, my dealer charges INR 250 plus taxes for pick up and drop.

Regarding the third service, I think he said about the labor charges only. They will charge you for the consumables and filters etc. It may cost around 5K.

Hello everyone...

I have opted for car loan from Bank Of India.

I got an interest rate of 10.45% and a processing charge of Rs.6000/-

Is it a good deal or not?

P.S: no foreclosure charges.

Regards,
Guru.

IMHOl, processing fee is too high. I took car loan from SBP and didn't pay single penny for processing charge. The interest rate is 10.30% and there is no pre closure penalty.

From what I know , SBI charges just 500 INR now as processing fee. Gone are the days of 5 or 6 K.

SBI loan processing charges

I paid Rs. 510 for loan processing charges in May. 5-6K is absolutely unacceptable.

I got a quote of 9800 for DSC parking sensors and camera from Honda. That includes 4 sensors and 1cam. Which manufacturer is better?

For peace of mind stick with Honda. This price should include installation, incl painting the sensors to the car colour.

I got the sensors from Honda showroom only. Maybe in different showrooms, they use different manufacturers. As long as sensors are fitted from showroom, i think there won't be a problem.

I got a lower quote from popular accessories Malad - 7500 for DSC sensors+cam. I'm sticking to Honda for the warranty bit.

As per Autocar, Honda has achieved a new sales milestone with the delivery of 30,000 Amaze cars. Fastest by any Honda model to do so.

I got quoted Rs. 2400 for installation of roots windtone horn including relay and labour charges. I may get peace of mind in the long run, but for now it does not give me a good night sleep....
