Found out about potential problems with engine mount in an old thread: http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/test-d...-civic-mt.html

I might get a late-2006 model Civic to test drive over the weekend and wanted to know of anything in particular to look out for (other than standard checklist items already posted elsewhere) while playing with this.

Also, any idea of features/specs that were added/removed since 2006 compared to the latest S-MT models? For example, I believe the old one also had EBD along with ABS, right?

Took a TD of a new Civic VMT today. In short, my folks and I liked it waayy better than the Altis G I tested last weekend for various reasons. If all goes well, we'll get one shortly, preferably new rather than used

ABS with EBD is still there. I don't think that's been removed from the new models. Glad that you are buying a new one rather than looking at a 2nd hand one.
