No, the A3 doesn't come with mudflaps - apparently, it spoils the look. I have asked if they can procure them for me, and the answer was, no, we don't have mudflaps for the A3. I guess one should be able to get some external jugaad done, but haven't done it myself.

The A3 comes with mud flaps. It's available in the standard accecories at the dealership. I had mine fitted at the dealership during delivery.
