Thought of updating all my ownership threads. Baleno is mostly idle since 23rd March and have been used only 2-3 times for household errands.

The battery is holding up quite well, I managed to start the car even after nearly 45-50 days of no usage.

My car will turn 3 in September, Insurance renewal will be done around the same time.

Nearly 23k on the ODO with a mileage of 20+ KMPL.

@bluevolt - what has been your ownership/maintenance cost so far? On an average how much are you spending per year on servicing it? I presume you are doing it at Maruti service stations only?

Yes, I have been going to Nexa service centers only. Nexa SVC labour charges are around 5-10% on higher side.

Currently, my car is at 25k kms mark (hardly ran for 500 kms since March lockdown). For the 20k major paid service, the total expenses came out to be Rs. 6986 (Details - https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/test-...ml#post4635102) and for 10k service (free for labour) the expense came out to be Rs. 1378. Updated after nearly 3 years

Baleno is doing perfectly fine. I recently got the car a new set of tyres as it just touched the 40,000 km mark. One of the tyres got punctured 3–4 times in a month, so that came as an indicator that I needed a fresh set of tyres so the vehicle wouldn't get stranded on the road.

Since I had one new tyre in stephany but had never used it, I decided to go for three new tyres of the same brand and size. Went ahead with MRF ZVTV 185/65 r15 88T TL. I purchased them through the MRF exclusive store, which cost Rs. 4800 per tyre. The total bill was Rs. 14,400. I sold my old tyres to a nearby puncture shop for Rs. 400 a piece and kept one old tyre in good condition in Stephany.
