Upgraded wipers to those of Toyota Fortuner: I always loved the Hybrid shape wipers on the Crysta. However the Crysta used larger size wipers than XL6. Thankfully the current Fortuner uses the same spec as XL6, 22/16 and I ordered them instantly via Boodmo. Wipe quality is top notch, and for future replacements, I'll just need to change the rubber element and not the entire assembly.

Lovely integrated looks! Wish I had researched more and not bought the Bosch ones. While the wiper blades themselves seem to be good (will find out soon when the rains hit BLR), the latching mechanism looks comparatively dodgy.

On another note the wiper motor sounds somewhat loud and ‘cheap’. Is this normal or should I flag it during my second free service?
