It feels like a mild Sports version.
Like you I usually don't use Sport Individual, but if I do, this is the same combo I prefer.

Although I must admit I like the 'shift shock' effect in Sport Plus mode a lot. Adds a totally different dimension to the shifts. Of course, only outside city traffic.

Something like this would be ideal! https://www.3mindia.in/3M/en_IN/p/d/b40069757/

Any Bangaloreans know of any outfits doing good interior wrapping?
I believe this wouldn't work very well on the 330i because the hexagonal design has a certain texture to it, so the film wouldn't stick to it very well.

Hey, I have the Sport with a shiny piano black finish. No texture on it at all. In fact, it's the other way around - it may be too shiny to stick effectively for the long term.

I see, no references for BLR unfortunately, but the aquatint guys in Pune have a PPF in this carbon fiber look, unfortunately, could not be installed in mine due to the hexagonal design with texture on it.

I checked yesterday with the guys over at Aquatint, Pune and they do have this carbon fiber PPF (not wrap) available, if you can get it installed in BLR, I can either have you contact them or vice-versa.

Thanks, man. Tell them one fellow will call from BLR about a 330i Sport interior wrap. The Sport is rare enough for them to remember

Will do that, ask for Lalit or Tejas.

re: My 2020 BMW 330i Sport (G20) Review. EDIT: 2 years & 27,000 km up

Finally changed my OEM Bridgestone Turanza T005 RFTs to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 ST tubeless. Manufacturing date is January 2022 which is as good as it gets, and manufactured in Thailand. Size is stock at 225/50/R17. Speedo stands at 26.5K km now.

Usual excellent service at Madhu's Wilson Garden. Bonus was to meet Nikhil & Zebo as well

Ride is like a magic carpet now! The NVH from the RFTs are much reduced & I'm not able to detect any loss of handling eyc. Tyres need to be bed in though; still has a distinct shiny/oily texture on it.

3 of the RFTs were badly worn out and one was damaged severely inside with a circular end-to-end crack.

A few pictures now. Will post a detailed update later.

Congratulations on the new tyres! Pilot Sport 4 are of course great tyres. Also, the bonus is that they are significantly cheaper than the equivalent sized Michelin ZP series with relatively poorer specs. Even when I changed the tyres just a couple of weeks ago, PS4 was a tempting thought :-)

Looking forward to your experiences and reviews with PS4. Wish you a great time with the car and the tyres!

Has BMW changed the stock tyres recently? I see that the Bridgestone Turanzas to be the stock as per replies here. Mine came with the, Michelin Pilot Sport 4 ZPs it seems.

Bridgestone Turanza T005 are standard on the 17" rims, i.e. the non-M Sport variants. F30 had Potenza as well.

18" has always been PS4 ZP if I recollect correctly.

Did a quick 100 km trip to Nandi Hills and back this morning. Tyres are superlative really , and I cannot feel any lack of handling / sharpness (vs the standard RFTs) that BMW globally warns G20 owners about. Haven't been on any real twisties though yet, but the trade-off between handling, noise and comfort is perfect for me as of now.

W.r.t. the RFTs, was deeply shocked to see the state of the rear RHS one. The crack was circular end-to-end and worryingly enough, totally immaculate from the outside! Shudder to think if it had suddenly cracked horizontally and collapsed (like a catastrophic tubeless tyre blowout).
Refer the pics below.

I am also OCD about my tyres, and am very sure I have never ever driven on abysmally low pressure etc. Anyway, salvaged the 2 best RFTs and will retain them as a Plan C:

Currently, providing redecorating ideas to irate better half.

However, stance-wise, I do feel the RFTs were chunkier especially seen from the back.

Lol.
While my X3 rubbers still have some life left in them, Fat Boy tires, which I imported from Metzeler Germany (thanks to GoI induced tyre akaal) left me poorer by 57k (30k for the rear and 27k for the front). Yes some M/c tires are that expensive .

Sir, Congratulations! Have been on a few twisties with the pilot sport 4 and let me tell you, they have been handled with aplomb
